About the roleOur School of Biological Sciences is seeking to appoint a Lecturer to undertake high-quality teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, focusing on areas of physiology, pharmacology and neuroscience. Alongside teaching, you will also develop appropriate scholarship, engaging in pedagogic research relevant to the School of Biological Sciences as well as the wider College and University.
About youWith a PhD (or equivalent) and relevant teaching experience in an area relevant to biological sciences, in particular areas of physiology, pharmacology and neuroscience, you will be able to demonstrate a track record of teaching excellence and enhancement of the student experience.
You will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to work as part of a team to deliver our programmes. You will have a passion for the subject matter, ensuring our students have the very best experience possible.
