We are looking for an Academic Services Manager to support the School of Education. It is essential that candidates are experienced line managers with strong leaderships skills, have worked in Higher Education administration for several years and have worked extensively to support senior management within an academic department.
You will line manage two Deputy Academic Services Manager, the Programme Administration team and co-ordinate the provision of an efficient, effective, accurate and responsive administrative support service to all UG, PG, PGR academic programmes, students and staff.
You will be expected to have a high level of understanding of the student-related academic cycle in higher education and related administrative processes, have positive liaison / supervisory skills and a service-oriented approach.
