The role
The Operational Data & Insight Manager is a new role in the Student Recruitment & Fees (SRF) unit in the OU, this role is pivotal in our drive to be an operational team that makes evidence-based decisions as it will help deepen engagement with our stakeholders as well as ensure that the student contact journey is easy and engaging.
Reporting directly to the Head of CROP, the Operational Data & Insight Manager will provide insight, predictive analysis, and recommendations to unlock new opportunities. With your background in data, we expect you to have experience managing large datasets and we would love to see some originality in your approach to contact centre data analysis and your ability to both innovate and take initiative in how you approach projects will pique our interest
