About the Role
Applications are invited for the role of Postgraduate Programmes Administrator to work in a busy student-centred environment within the School of Business and Management performing a selection of tasks associated with the delivery of teaching at postgraduate levels. Tasks include will deliver programme and module administration alongside process improvements, manage and coordinate the student administration systems and processes to enhance the student-academic cycle of activities, coordinate tasks in the areas of teaching timetables, seminar allocations, student attendance, and student support, serving as a champion for students’ academic needs and interests and work as an effective team player.
About You
You should be educated to Degree level or equivalent or equivalent relevant experience. You should have experience in programme administration and detailed knowledge and understanding of higher education institutional procedures, regulations and codes of practice on student administration.

The post is based at the Mile End Campus in London. It is full time (35 hours per week), permanent post. The starting salary will be Grade 4, in the range of £37,348 - £43,592 per annum, inclusive of London Allowance.
