UHI Perth is one of Scotland’s leading Colleges of Further and Higher Education, and a large partner in Scotland’s newest University, the University of the Highlands and Islands.
We are now looking for an HR Advisor (Systems) to take the local operational lead on the implementation of our new HR and Payroll system over a period of 18 months.
This role is crucial in driving forward an excellent operational service which is data led and supports the ongoing development of the College as a whole.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in HR and/or payroll systems and ideally have project managed the implementation of an integrated HR and payroll system. They must have a good technical knowledge of how HR and payroll systems work, be technically literate and be able to generate reports from within systems. Excellent Excel skills are also required as is the ability to analyse and cleanse data. A good knowledge of system development and data protection knowledge is essential.
