Working as part of our busy HR team, you will be working closely with managers and heads of departments across the organisation to provide accurate and timely recruitment advice and administration in line with procedures and best practices.
To be successful, you will need to be a confident, and positive person with an excellent ability to communicate with people at all levels in person, by email, and by phone. Preferably, you will have strong HR recruitment experience. You will be familiar with recruitment processes and HR systems, and proactive in suggesting efficient ways of working.
You will need to have a flexible approach, be highly organised and efficient, and strong attention to detail is essential to succeed in this position. You will have excellent IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
