There are Two Vacancies to Work as a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Management at Kent Business School, and an opportunity to be part of the 1% of global business schools to gain ‘Triple Crown’ accreditation from three top business organisations: European Quality Improvement System (EQUIS) from the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD), The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) &The Association of MBAs (AMBA). Kent Business School is seeking to appoint a Lecturer/ Senior Lecturer in Management at our Medway or Canterbury campuses. We are looking for a dedicated scholar who is keen to make a strong contribution to teaching, research and enterprise. The successful applicant will lead & contribute to the delivery of modules within the area of business and management on our undergraduate and postgraduate programmes and contribute to our School’s successful student enterprise and business engagement activities. We encourage applications from highly motivated educators with experience in technology enabled learning.
The Division offers the post holder a collegial work environment as well as a competitive salary and generous support for scholarship. Colleagues are engaged and present for most of the working week to ensure time for exchange & collaboration. The post holder will sit in the Department of Leadership & Management, which is one of 4 departments within the Division. Cross collaboration across departments is actively encouraged.
