The UCL School of Management is home to UCL’s business and management research and education programmes. The UCL School of Management’s team of Receptionist and Facilities Administrators will provide both a reception and facilities management service at Level 38 and Level 50 of 1 Canada Square and administrative support to School staff. In addition to ensuring a professional and welcoming front of house service to students, staff and visitors, they will be responsible for managing facilities issues, monitoring room bookings, supporting the Executive Assistants and logistical support for events.
The post holder will have demonstrable experience of providing excellent customer service and experience of providing effective facilities and administrative support in a complex organization with good interpersonal skills which enable the post holder to communicate! tactfull y and assertively with others, both orally and in writing.
