Faculty / Directorate
As ITMS Business Services Manager, you will be a part of the Information Technology and Media Services (ITMS) directorate, which consists of 155 employees. They are an active department in delivering information and communication technology services to enhance the experience of students and staff in learning, teaching, research and business operations. Services include a cross-campus communications infrastructure, desktop equipment for students in learning areas and for staff in work areas, email, central business systems, audio-visual equipment, virtual and managed learning environments and file storage space.
Role
In your new role as ITMS Business Services Manager, you will act as the central point of contact within ITMS for core business services including communications planning and delivery, including content and ITMS Intranet site management. You will support the day-to-day management of ITMS business services. Provide support and reporting on capital and financial planning. Support the performance management of ITMS and its suppliers and partners. Taking a lead role in coordinating Health and Safety activities across ITMS.
Ideal Candidate
To be successful as ITMS Business Services Manager, you will be of graduate level or demonstrate your experience within a similar Business Service Management role, have significant experience of using Microsoft Office 365 systems. You will have experience of maintaining an asset management tracker and demonstrate your experience of developing and delivering communications plan. You must have experience of managing policy documentation within a technology environment.
