University of the Arts London (UAL) is seeking a Regional Recruitment Manager to play a pivotal role driving the university's student recruitment efforts across East Asia.
Based in Hong Kong, the successful candidate will take a lead role in managing student recruitment activities, creating coordinated, data-led marketing and recruitment plans, and managing networks of agents and school relationships.

The successful candidate will have experience of working in the higher education sector (ideally in a UK institution), with proven experience of using market intelligence and data to develop and implement targeted student recruitment plans in international markets.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, are essential, in addition to strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience of managing relationships with agents and/or feeder institutions is equally important, as is fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate confidently in all languages.
Experience of people management, including objective-setting, performance review and supporting others with change is also a key requirement for this role.
