You will work across the organisation gaining insight and support for the development of stakeholder engagement strategy, focusing on the main communities and alumni to promote the benefit to student communities and the wider society.

The Role

As the Engagement and Participation Manager you will be responsible for supporting the development of participation and engagement activity to both internal and external audience to Coventry University Group. Your main focus will be to develop, lead, organise and implement engagement plans and activities to increase the uptake and participation in the universities Phoenix+ Programme.

You will develop promotional campaigns for both internal and external audiences to increase engagement in the Phoenix+ programme. These campaigns would be both standalone and part of wider corporate campaigns and conversation activity across the University Group.

You will work with stakeholders across the group to develop strategies to grow engagement in the Phoenix+ programme and ensure that the strategies ensure there is knowledge across the group to promote and support the programme.

Person Specification

  • Educated to degree level or significant work experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of student/community engagement and experience in a similar role.
  • Experience of relationship building and lead development.
  • Experience of successfully achieving large scale participation
  • Experience of writing and implementing effective engagement and student recruitment plans.
  • Experience of creating and collating regular reports and metrics to monitor uptake.
  • Project management experience
