This is a fixed term contract until 02 June 2024 to cover a career break.
In this role you will provide management and effective operation to the Wellbeing service at the University in Sunderland in London. You will provide support to a caseload of students and develop, promote and deliver our student wellbeing activities You will be a key member and representative of the wider Services for Students team and support senior management in the continuous review and development of service provision.
To be successful in this role, you will have experience within a Higher Education wellbeing service, coupled with experience managing urgent and complex situations. In addition, you will have knowledge of a wide range of student wellbeing needs, including non-traditional students and it important you have knowledge of relevant legislation and the implications of this in a Higher Education setting. You will have excellent communication and collaborative skills with the ability to remain calm and empathetic under pressure.
