The Faculty of Science and Health are looking to recruit a Faculty International Student Recruitment Manager to contribute to our Global Engagement Implementation Plan. Key responsibilities include the planning and delivery of international recruitment and marketing activity for the Faculty as well as supporting induction and support for the growing number of international students.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the creation and implementation of an annual marketing and recruitment plan to help achieve the Faculty’s ambitious international recruitment targets. They will use their expertise to provide information and advice on international recruitment and conversion topics to senior decision-makers in the Faculty as well as to support the development of our Associate Heads (Global Engagement and Educational Partnerships).
The postholder will be a key point of contact for the International College Portsmouth and for partners with progression or recruitment related agreements with the Faculty.
You will have experience of HE admissions, student recruitment and marketing with a strong ability to provide quality information and advice on recruitment trends and anticipated student numbers. With proven organisational skills, you will have the ability to multitask successfully and meet deadlines. You will also have experience of supervising a team and delegating effectively.
