At GBS (Global Banking School), our mission is to change lives through education, we take an inclusive approach to recruiting students and staff, and invest in our people with an aim to widening access to higher education among groups currently under-represented in the sector.
GBS is a higher education provider offering a range of sector-relevant courses across eight campuses in London, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds and beyond. Working in partnership with several of the UK’s leading higher education providers, we deliver vocational, undergraduate, and postgraduate programmes in banking, finance, accounting, business, tourism, healthcare, and more. We are an approved institute on the Office for Students Register and have been reviewed and approved by the Quality Assurance Agency.
We are a certified ‘Great Place To Work’ and have achieved outstanding results for the third year running in the National Student Survey, with an incredible 91% overall satisfaction rating in 2022.
We are proud of our substantial growth and remain committed to success, and we are seeking talented people to help us continue to grow our business. To meet these demands, we are looking for Lecturers with experience in business, enterprise, and entrepreneurship, who have a passion for delivering the highest quality of education to their students. We are also open to considering lecturers from a variety of business disciplines who want to explore transitioning into this subject area. As a lecturer, you will be responsible for a range of teaching, administrative and professional duties alongside other activities commensurate with your role. These staff will work consistently to engage students in the learning processes to ensure student outcomes are maximised.
We are currently seeking full-time Lecturers. We pride ourselves in meeting the needs of our students by providing classes on weekdays, evenings, and weekends (Saturdays and Sundays). You will be expected to teach flexibly across groups, in rotation with other staff and operate an on-site working model.
