Research Fellow in Dynamical Systems and related fields.
Applications are invited for a postdoctoral research fellowship working with Mark Pollicott and his research group on the ERC-funded research project “Validated numerics for iterated function schemes, dynamical systems and random walks”.
The aim of this project is to apply techniques from ergodic theory and dynamical systems to study problems in related areas, particularly using natural invariants.
The starting date is 1 March 2024, or as soon as possible afterwards.
We will consider applications for employment on a part-time or other flexible working basis, even where a position is advertised as full-time, unless there are operational or other objective reasons why it is not possible to do so.
Full details of the duties and selection criteria for this role can be found in the vacancy advert on the University of Warwick's jobs pages. You will be routed to this when you click on the Apply button.
