The opportunity
In this role you will support our recruitment and selection processes, using new and innovative strategies for attracting talent. Ensuring that inclusivity is embedded throughout, you’ll play an influential role in promoting our brand which celebrates and showcases the University’s culture and values. As a source of advice and guidance, you will support our managers in ensuring that we have the right people and teams.
This position is available part-time for between 17 and 18.5 hours per week on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
About you
You will currently be working in an agency or in-house recruiter role and have an understanding of candidate attraction. With exceptional organisational skills, you possess the ability to influence and engage with people at all levels and backgrounds. As an ambassador for BU you will demonstrate a strong commitment to our values. Above all else you will have the passion and enthusiasm for creating a great staff experience and positively supporting a culture of high performance, staff engagement, experience, and wellbeing.
