Applications are invited for an experienced Centre Manager to join the Wolfson Institute of Population Health. This is a key role within the Institute and you will be a motivated and proactive individual who can provide effective operational management. You will join a friendly team to deliver high quality leadership at an exciting time for the Institute, which is undergo a period of expansion.
Educated to degree level or equivalent, you will have significant experience in working in administration/management in an NHS or higher education setting, particularly in research grant management. You will have experience of managing financial and human resources as well as contributing to strategic activities.
You will have an excellent standard of written and oral English communication skills, computer literacy and experience of successful and effective decision making. You will demonstrate an ability to pay close attention to detail and have well-developed interpersonal and administrative skills. You will have line management experience with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
