Do you have an interest in Human Resources (HR) and want to part of a team helping to transform our People processes?
We want you to be our next HR Systems & Reporting Officer and take your customer-focused approach to assist with continually improving our processes and systems such as iTrent and Oleeo.
You won’t just be working with systems though; you will get to manipulate data and produce reports to help us make meaningful change.
This is an opportunity for you to learn and grow with us and we would love to invite you to join us.
If you would like a confidential chat about the role, Clive Holden (HR Systems & Reporting Manager) can be contacted via c.holden@arts.ac.uk. No agencies please, thank you.
About you
You will be someone who strives to consistently deliver first-rate customer service by utilising your communication skills, analytical mind and the aptitude to problem solve.
You might already be working with systems and data such as an analyst or you might be someone who works in HR with an interest in systems but are looking to make a switch.
The full list of requirements can be found in the person specification section of the job description.
