Background
The Professional Systems Team seeks to recruit a full-time Integration Technical Analyst. The team provides support and development for City’s Biztalk integrations. The successful candidate will join at an exciting time of change and will work as part of a great team. You will have an opportunity to make a positive contribution to City and the student experience and to learn new tools whilst gaining valuable experience of this rewarding sector.
Responsibilities
As an Integration Technical Analyst you will use your knowledge and experience to support and develop systems that have the student at the heart.
You will work in partnership with colleagues across City to ensure that processes and procedures are understood in order to quickly provide support and identify areas for enhancement. You will be involved in support as well as the full lifecycle of projects such as the implementation of CRM and timetabling systems that will require integration.
Person Specification
You will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; with knowledge and experience of gathering complex requirements and translating these into technical requirements.
You will be able to work efficiently and accurately with a structured approach. You will be able to work independently and as a team member, be a strong communicator, have excellent time management and be able to define and agree deliverables to deadlines.
You will have knowledge of integration techniques and technologies and possess the drive and motivation to further develop your skills.
