· Attend and assess security incidents and involve the security management team at the appropriate point, writing factual reports and logging accurate incident records.
· Work collaboratively with the wider Estates Team and assist with event/exam set up.
· Take an active role in contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and in delivering a responsive, pro-active, supportive, professional, and customer-focussed service to our college community.
· Act as registered key holder, opening and securing premises, setting or de-activating alarms and be conversant with alarms and CCTV systems.
What you’ll bring:
You will be a pro-active and empathetic individual, with a strong background in security and experienced in working in a customer-focused environment. You will be used to independent working, using your own initiative, but able to adapt and work harmoniously within a team.
