The School of Law is looking to recruit an experienced administrator to take on a key role in the delivery of learning and teaching support in our MPA team.
In this role, the postholder will enhance the student experience by working collaboratively with the School of Law administrative teams and academic teaching staff to provide an excellent customer service. You will support School of Law students from first point of contact to graduation, including providing information, advice and front-line support service to prospective, new and continuing School of Law students.
In addition, you will support academic staff and colleagues involved in undergraduate programme teaching administration including the programme and course leaders. Some duties may also be cross-School and cross-programme, where synergies exist. Furthermore, you will provide administrative support for the processes and procedures relating to students on School of Law undergraduate programmes.
This post is full time (35 hours per week).
This post is to cover maternity leave for up to 12 months or until the substantive postholder returns.
