The role
We are looking for a part-time PA to the Associate Dean for Student Experience and Department Secretary to provide a confidential personal assistant service to the Associate Dean for Student Experience and a secretarial service to the Student Experience Managers (SEMs).
The role holder will also ensure that tasks within the portfolio are completed professionally and to deadlines whilst also providing a more general secretarial support to other colleagues within the SEM team as agreed.
The role holder will provide first class customer service to members of the Faculty by understanding their needs and finding solutions to their requirements and will also be part of a wider PA/Secretarial team and will be required to cover for the absences of team members in other departments.
