The Estates and Facilities Directorate are seeking a capable and pro-active person to join our Customer Liaison Team to coordinate, arrange, and deliver effective communication with our stakeholders and customers.
Key duties of the role include developing internal and external communications on behalf of the Estates Directorate, actively seeking to improve engagement. You will also provide proactive customer communications to support the activities of our Projects and Operational teams. A key part of this role will be to organise surveys and follow up on actions to improve customer service.
You will have strong verbal and written communication skills, and demonstrable experience in developing planned and structured communication and using content management systems to design and edit web pages.
This full-time post is available immediately on an indefinite basis.
