Primarily, you will participate in the implementation of new and additional functionality and the improvement of current functionality and work processes.
You will provide system administration support, respond to user requests, investigate and resolve system issues, and liaise with software suppliers, other University Divisions e.g. Finance Services and IT Services, and system users to ensure the system’s workflow and processes meet organisational and divisional requirements.
You will assist with the design and delivery of individual and group training for system users and the development and creation of online training resources and user guides. You will support the reporting and analysis requirements of system users and Divisional Managers, and the ongoing development and expansion of Campus-based systems and any associated applications or appropriate systems to support Organisational and Divisional needs.
You should apply if
