CIO-P are responsible for the digital information, systems and technologies used by staff and students across The Open University. Covering all aspects of digital technology at the OU, from sourcing and maintaining systems, through to providing frontline IT support for staff and students.
The role
Information Technology (IT) are looking for an engaging and experienced IT professional to join the OU as the Head of IT Service Management.
As the Head of Service Management, you will be focused on the delivery of great user-centric products and have a collaborative and pragmatic mindset and know how to make multidisciplinary teams come together and stakeholders engaged.
You will oversee and be responsible for setting the vision and strategy for service management, ensuring processes are owned and maturing.
Although this role is aligned to our Milton Keynes office, we are flexible on location across the UK, with the understanding of occasional ad-hoc attendance onsite.
