  • Role: Associate Director of People and Organisational Development
  • Hours: Part time of full time 24 hours minimum, up to 35 hours. Salary: £46,533 - £51,362 (Grade F, starting at the beginning of the scale)

  • You’ll have experience in advancing inclusivity and accessibility
  • You’ll be able to articulate how and why effective people strategies enable people to deliver
  • You know how to cultivate a culture of continuous learning and development to enable, progression and growth at all levels of the organisation
  • We are open minded about your professional background, though expect you will have operated in a HR position
  • There is no expectation that you will have worked in an SU before, and we will consider the transferable backgrounds carefully.
