We are currently seeking to appoint an enthusiastic individual to teach English across the College, covering 16 to 19 and 19+ provision within curriculum areas and in discrete groups.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate commitment and passion for the subject area to make a real difference to our students.
Applicants must possess a relevant degree or be in the final stages of their relevant degree course and have subject expertise which will assist with the further enhancement of the quality of taught programmes within the College.
For experienced teachers we would be looking for you to also have an appropriate teaching qualification, and ideally a Level 5 specialist qualification in English.
This position is a full time, fixed term role up to June 2024.

Lets Teach Programme
Let’s Teach The LET’s teach programme supports new members of teaching staff in terms of college systems and key teaching and learning areas including new staff lesson visits and postcard peeps. Each new member of staff has an allocated Lead Practitioner who works closely with them throughout the programme.
Let’s Bloom
The LET’s Bloom Programme aims to connect our experienced and qualified teachers to share best practice and support continued risk-taking as we continue to add depth to our teaching craft. Teachers volunteer on this one year programme, working closely with the Learning Enhancement Team, capturing their experimentation in a journal.
