Job description
This exciting, newly created role is to help provide senior support in delivering a plethora of process improvement works planned across the Credit Control landscape. The role requires a highly motivated and professional individual to help drive through service improvements and policy change, both within the Credit Control Department and collaboratively with other stakeholders across the institution. The successful candidate will work across the service’s activities alongside section leads and occasionally support the work of the wider Financial Services team but reporting into Operations Supervisor and Deputy Head of Credit Control.
You will be expected to review, analyse, identify and deliver opportunities for streamlining both existing and new process, system and policy deliverables aligned to the university strategy for 2029. You will be expected to lead on both smaller service improvements and projects, delivering end to end objectives as set by the section supervisor. This is an integral position which will hugely contribute to ensuring the college has the necessary systems and processes to provide King’s with the financial cash flow to continue to grow globally and in parallel, to provide both staff and students with a world class experience
As examples of existing and impending developments within the programme of works; Solution Tender across all college income pathways, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & Know Your Customer (KYC), & CRM implementation
