This is an ideal role for someone who has extensive Business Management Administration or Coordination experience, possibly in a similar environment such as an English language school. The role offers a variety of management, coordination and administrative tasks and related activities including recruiting, training and managing the Hertford students employed to support the programmes; liaising with the partner universities, taking care of our international delegations and visitors; providing information to other college teams to support the IP operations; managing financial and business information; take the lead on IP formal social events and liaising with external suppliers.
You will have excellent communication skills, be well organised and work to a high standard of accuracy. You must be able to work resourcefully as a member of a small team. A flexible approach to work, with a co-operative and collaborative attitude and willingness to work irregular hours during peak programmes periods. You must be highly numerate, with experience of planning and operating within budgets, and strong IT skills are essential.
You will benefit from support and working in close collaboration with the rest of our committed Hertford community. We will invest in your personal development through training and professional development.
