About the Role:
Based on our Chelmsford campus, your priority will be to lead the provision and development of the catering and hospitality service. You will proactively develop, improve and expand the service, including (but not limited to) outlet layouts, merchandising, food offer, use of technology, processes and procedures.
You will have a degree and appropriate level of experience and evidence of continuing professional development relevant to the role, or an appropriate level of experience and evidence of continuing professional development relevant to the role, and relevant professional qualifications or accreditations, such as, NVQ Level 3 in Hospitality/Catering, Level 4 Diploma in Hospitality, Level 3 Food Safety, or Membership of the Institute of Hospitality. You will have strong IT skills, including MS Office and experience of using EPOS systems. You will have knowledge of current catering trends and knowledge of current Health and Safety legislation.
