The post holder will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operational activities of the School’s HR Administration team and functions. They will lead, develop and continuously improve the School’s HR administration operations to ensure staff are well informed and supported, and the School’s HR administration operational processes align with University policies and procedures.
The post holder will also provide support to the HR Administration Manager in the design and implementation of relevant frameworks, procedures and guidance to ensure the School is an outstanding employer and empowers people to thrive in their roles.
This role is UE06 and is available on a full time, open-ended basis.
