An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Student Services team providing administrative support for our information, advice, and guidance services. We are passionate about removing any barriers to students achieving success in their studies and to promoting a strong sense of belonging to our community; this new role will help us to meet these objectives.
You will join the team who answer queries from students in person, via email and telephone about a wide range of issues, providing excellent customer service and a reassuring and friendly presence.
You will support the team administratively, supporting in making appointments, entering data into our financial systems, keeping accurate records, and maintaining, and updating promotional materials and information resources. Excellent administrative and organisational skills using a variety of software and platforms are required.
