Following several years of strong domestic growth and international expansion, the Faculty of Business and Law (FBL) at the University of Northampton wishes to appoint an innovative academic in the department of Business Systems & Operations to extend our team.
The successful candidate can expect to teach and supervise across a range of programmes at undergraduate and postgraduate levels in the UK and abroad and contribute to the extension of technology enhanced learning across our portfolio.
It is highly likely that this post will involve collaboration with international partners and/or international travel.
We want you to be able to carry out your work in a way that best supports UON and our students, but also you as an individual. We understand this may vary between different areas of the university as well as from one person to another. We welcome applications from candidates who have expertise in two or more of the following areas: Expertise in Enterprise in the Circular Economy Value Chain, Sustainable Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
Experience of module leadership, distance learning and learning technologies, in addition to practitioner experience to complement academic credentials, would also be strongly advantageous. We are ambitious, externally facing and engaged in a wide and growing range of enterprise, social enterprise, corporate education and training and applied research activities.
