We are looking to recruit an additional three Delivery Managers to join our established team as we transition into a new product and agile way of delivering our change portfolio across the University.
The Delivery Managers will be working closely alongside the Delivery Lead and Head of Delivery Management to optimise the end-to-end delivery of projects, products and services, using both agile and waterfall methodologies.
The role requires designing, planning and managing aspects of both small and large change projects that may be short or long in duration, across the whole University. The role holder will need to regularly present to and meet with senior leadership team members to report on progress and provide cross-institutional communications with staff at all grades.
The Delivery Manager manages activities through from planning to implementation, and into continuous improvement, requiring the postholder to develop sustainable ways of embedding ongoing activities within wider University operations.
The role provides extensive opportunities to develop not only project and product management skills, but also for personal development growth through exposure to many different operating models and through working with a wide range of professional and academic colleagues within the HE sector. There is potential for development into leadership roles and to have a real impact on how Warwick is best able to meet the needs of students and staff as we deliver the University’s digital and growth strategies.
We will consider applications for employment on a part-time or other flexible working basis, even where a position is advertised as full-time, unless there are operational or other objective reasons why it is not possible to do so.
Full details of the duties and selection criteria for this role can be found in the vacancy advert on the University of Warwick's jobs pages. You will be routed to this when you click on the Apply button.
