The role of Estates Building Services Manager (Life Safety), is varied, challenging and rewarding and the post holder will be an important member of the Estates Professional Building Maintenance team. You will bring specific experience of managing works in a range of building types from 15th Century listed buildings to 21st century cutting edge research laboratories, along with developing technical maintenance standards to support their on going and future maintenance / refurbishment requirements. You will develop and integrate maintenance standards (SFG20) for life safety assets within Planon our integrated workplace management system (IWMS) to ensure the effective maintenance of the life safety assets across the Estate. You will be educated to at least HND level or equivalent in a relevant discipline and have significant post qualification experience.
