Our dedicated Teaching Fellow team are subject specialists focused on delivering student education, which is active, social, applied, and inclusive within our vibrant and varied education environment.
You will have demonstrable experience of successful teaching at higher education levels 4-7 in Engineering Management (Supply Chain Management) with the development and demonstration of best practice in teaching, learning and assessment consistent with our reputation and track record as a high-quality provider of teaching and learning.
The successful candidate must be able to contribute to the delivery of a broad range of Engineering Management programmes in subject areas such as Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Quality, Contract Management and Industrie 4.0.
An experienced team leader with good level of digital fluency, you will have experience using creating teaching materials for face to face and online teaching using a VLE.
Enthusiastic and self-motivated, you will have experience in the development and enhancement of an ‘active learning’ pedagogy as appropriate to the academic subject area.
As a global education provider, high levels of cultural awareness with experience of learner’s cultural differences and expectations with the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of people from diverse backgrounds is essential.
