We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Senior Lecturer to join the Business and Enterprise team on a fixed-term basis until July 2024 at Bishop Grosseteste University. The ideal is person is an experienced, senior business academic with significant expertise in project management, ready for an immediate start to develop and shape our Project Manager (integrated degree) (level 6) offer. Experience of leading on and writing undergraduate degree programmes, mapped to apprenticeship programmes, or other professional qualifications, is essential. Knowledge of Association for Project Management (APM) qualifications would be advantageous, and full membership of the APM is desirable. Experience of mapping externally awarded qualifications to academic awards would be beneficial. Knowledge of integrated end point assessments would be advantageous. 

If you have an excellent working knowledge of Business and have a passion for sharing and passing on your skills and experience then this may be the ideal post for you. You will have significant experience of working in Higher Education and will be passionate about learning and development. You will need to demonstrate enthusiasm for practice-based learning and teaching, as well as experience of, and a willingness to use a range of innovative strategies in the development and provision of high-quality learning.  

In addition, you will be expected to support enterprise and recruitment initiatives across the University as well as other activities which promote both the programme and the University’s wider commitment to the community.
