About the role

The Alumni and Supporter Relations team is responsible for nurturing UCL’s most significant alumni and supporter relationships - in London, the UK and across the globe.

Your work will focus on reimagining, developing, and implementing our volunteering programme. In this key role, you will support building effective relationships with our most significant alumni and volunteer leaders to grow affinity and support for UCL and our objectives. Working closely with senior managers in the team, and colleagues within Advancement and across the university, you will enhance a portfolio of engaging volunteering opportunities and coordinate attracting volunteers to support cross-UCL initiatives.

We are happy to consider applications to work on a part-time, flexible and job share basis wherever possible (minimum 0.8 FTE – equivalent of 4 days per week, stated salary to be pro-rata).

This role is eligible for hybrid working with a minimum of 20% on site.

About you

Are you a relationship manager with experience in successfully managing and evaluating volunteering programmes, including; recruiting, training, developing, and retaining volunteers? Are you an inspiring communicator with well-versed influencing skills? Then this could be the role for you.
