This is an exciting opportunity to join the HR Team in this new role as HR Advisor. Your knowledge of legislation and best practice will be supported by a CIPD qualification. You will be familiar with HR systems, and proactive in suggesting efficient ways of working.  This is a great opportunity for someone who wants a new challenge and genuine career development.

This role is eligible for hybrid working.

(Projects) The role will include:

  • Working Closely with the HR Business Partner (Projects), providing HR Advisory support for a significant change management project within the school
  • Offering support and advice to staff on HR related matters including Employee Relations, Recruitment, Learning and Development and Job Evaluation.

The successful candidate will have proven experience, which will include an excellent ability to communicate with people at all levels in person, by email, and by phone. Your knowledge of legislation and best practice will be supported by a CIPD qualification. You will be familiar with HR systems, and proactive in suggesting efficient ways of working.  This is a great opportunity for someone who wants a new challenge and genuine career development.
