You will be highly organised, work well under pressure and be able to work flexibly both independently and as part of a team. The ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally is essential.

What you’d be doing:

Working closely with the Head of Quality and Standards and academic staff from our Academic Schools, you will develop central oversight of the University’s apprenticeship portfolio, managing the processes and administration which support the day-to-day delivery of the University’s apprenticeship programmes. This is a key role in ensuring the regulatory compliance of the University’s apprenticeship portfolio.

You’ll need to enjoy:

  • Working collaboratively: this role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of staff at all levels externally and internally.
  • Being flexible: with varied demands you will need to be flexible and highly organised to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Working to your values: we care about how people behave as well as what they achieve.

For an informal discussion about the role please contact Michelle Prout, Head of Quality and Standards, at mprout@marjon.ac.uk
