The School of Medicine & Population Health are seeking to appoint a Teaching Fellow in Medical Education.
The Teaching Fellow in Medical Education will contribute to the delivery of core teaching, (including anatomy, clinical skills, small group sessions and assessments). There will also be opportunity for you to further develop their academic interests in medical education, for example through publication or applying for recognition by the Higher Education Academy through the UK Professional Standards Framework.
You will be a qualified doctor registered with the General Medical Council, with an interest in medical education. You will have experience of teaching medical students including anatomy demonstrating and have some understanding of current educational issues in medical education. You will work closely with the Phase and Theme leads and wider administrative team supporting the course across a range of areas which may include admissions, curriculum development, assessment, teaching, student support and quality assurance.
