The Bradford-Renduchintala Centre for Space AI at the University of Bradford is seeking a talented, motivated and a creative individual who has experience in administration and use of IT packages. The post holder will need to work independently and contribute to the day-to-day centre activity. S/he will take ownership of all administrative activities of the Centre, support diary and travel/itinerary management and other purchasing, working with the university financial systems to complete purchase orders, reconcile and process invoices as needed to ensure outstanding commitments are cleared, support the Space Centre Director with conference bookings and related academic or research external activity and act as point-of-contact for the Centre.
The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary team of over 20 academics and research staff in the Centre across different themes of research related to space and satellite systems, including but not limited to communications, satellite imaging and data science, artificial intelligence, distributed control systems, software defined radio and networking, security and reliability analysis.
