The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) is committed to building lifelong relationships with our 65,000 members to help them achieve their potential and improve the lives of patients across the country. In this rewarding role, you will be instrumental in building these pivotal relationships from the moment students embark on their professional journey.
We are looking for someone with a passion for working with students and a track record of using creative and interpersonal skills to achieve organisational goals. Together with another Student Officer, you will be at the forefront of our student recruitment and engagement initiatives.
You will play a key role in recruiting physiotherapy students into CSP membership, and as part of this, you will oversee, manage and deliver a programme of university visits across the UK.
You will undertake a wide range of engagement activities to support the CSP’s network of students, including the delivery of events and workshops. Working closely with students, you will develop resources and contribute to CSP marketing campaigns that foster community, highlight the value of CSP membership, and encourage peer-to-peer recruitment. You will develop and use relevant insight to inform your work at all stages.
By building effective relationships with universities and programme leads, student reps, student societies and local CSP teams, you will directly contribute to the success of our student engagement and recruitment initiatives.
So, if you are looking for an exceptionally rewarding and challenging role, and would enjoy working in a matrix team environment, please see below for details on how to apply.
