Location: Addison Building, Main Campus
Salary: Grade 5: £25,742 - £29,605 per annum, pro-rata. Potential to progress to £32,332 per annum through sustained exceptional contribution.
You will be responsible for providing high-level administration support with a particular focus on HR activities and PA support for the School Executive Committee. Working closely with the Team Leader, you will help develop the newly formed PA and HR team and associated processes.
We are looking for applicants with enthusiasm and commitment to supporting our staff and students and someone with a proactive attitude. You will have well developed analytical/problem solving skills and experience in using your initiative to find appropriate solutions whilst working within a fast-paced environment.
Applicants must have previous relevant administrative experience in a complex/large organisation with excellent communication and organisational skills, strong IT skills and an ability to work collaboratively with administrative and academic staff to provide an excellent level of service. We are looking for candidates who will have a real commitment to the role and work methodically with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. You will have the ability to prioritise your own workload and have a good track record of being able to work on your own initiative.
