Do you have proven experience and knowledge of student lifecycle systems and processes? Are you a strong communicator and can effectively liaise with various stakeholders? If so, this could be the role for you.
As the Stakeholder Liaison Manager, you will be pivotal in shaping the strategic direction of user training on the University’s student records system, KentVision. Your primary goal is to provide an excellent and professional service in managing and developing training and support for end users of KentVision, covering all aspects of the student lifecycle. Additionally, this role will focus on non-standard records, including Higher Degree Apprenticeships (HDAs).
