Stakeholder Liaison Manager

Do you have proven experience and knowledge of student lifecycle systems and processes? Are you a strong communicator and can effectively liaise with various stakeholders? If so, this could be the role for you.

As the Stakeholder Liaison Manager, you will be pivotal in shaping the strategic direction of user training on the University’s student records system, KentVision. Your primary goal is to provide an excellent and professional service in managing and developing training and support for end users of KentVision, covering all aspects of the student lifecycle. Additionally, this role will focus on non-standard records, including Higher Degree Apprenticeships (HDAs).

As Stakeholder Liaison Manager you can expect to be involved in:

• Providing professional services leadership for the training and support of all system users on programme and student administration and student experience
• Oversee the administration of non-standard and HDA programmes across the University, ensuring the adoption of effective and efficient processes.
• Develop specialist knowledge of KentVision, acing act as a KentVision stakeholder liaison to teams across the student lifecycle functionality
• Develop and implement University wide channels to improve the stakeholder liaison and system support

What will you bring to the role?

• Relevant first degree or equivalent professional experience
• Good working knowledge of student lifecycle systems and processes
• Experience of Tribal SITS system
• Knowledge and understanding of University regulations, policies and procedures relating to academic administration, (e.g. Credit Framework for Taught Programmes, University Codes of Practice for Quality Assurance, Regulations) and experience of applying these
