About the Role
For informal enquiries, please contact Rebecca Kilcullen (Alumni and Supporter Engagement Manager) at Rebecca.kilcullen@warwick.ac.uk.
1 for Faculty of Science, Engineering and Medicine
1 for Faculty of Social Sciences
We are looking for three talented Alumni and Support Engagement (ASE) Managers to join our growing Development and Alumni Engagement (DAE) department.
The ASE Managers will work closely with the Head of ASE. They will take responsibility for designing, developing and delivering a coordinated alumni and supporter engagement strategy for the designated faculty. This will involve building relationships with a wide range of alumni and stakeholders to ensure that the faculty maximises opportunities to engage alumni in support of achieving their objectives, in alignment with the central DAE strategy.
About You
These new roles would suit driven and experienced alumni or stakeholder engagement professionals, who are ready to shape programmes that channel the energies and passions of our vibrant global community in support of the University’s strategy and our upcoming major philanthropic campaign.
These roles will each lead a programme aligning faculty needs with the central DAE and Warwick strategy. This will shape activity that generates engagement, supports long-term relationships and motivates volunteers, so experience of purposefully-driven engagement on a global scale will be key.
You will bring experience in relationship management, programme development, communications and/or events, and skills you’ve grown through roles in alumni, volunteer or stakeholder engagement.
You’ll understand how to work with colleagues in our faculties and key departments to grow alumni and supporter networks, and be comfortable liaising with and influencing a range of stakeholders including senior leaders.
You’ll be part of a growing ASE team, with Officers and an Executive supporting you.
You’ll thrive on demonstrating our team behaviours every day:
MAKING A DIFFERENCE: We are ambitious to make a difference
COLLABORATION: We collaborate to achieve together
SOLUTION FOCUSSED: We are accountable for creating solutions
PASSION FOR LEARNING: We learn from our best performances
