Student Experience Assistant - Maternity Cover

We have an exciting opportunity in the Information School at the University of Sheffield for a Student Experience Assistant based in our Learning and Teaching Team.  Your main responsibilities include:

• Provide high quality front-line customer service to students and staff in the School.
• Shared responsibility with other team members for being the first point of contact with enquiries in person, by phone and email, dealing with day-to-day queries, resolving problems and issues, and signposting and/or escalating issues to colleagues as necessary.
• Provide administrative support for a wide range of tasks relating to the delivery of an excellent student experience, working proactively as part of a team dedicated to this purpose.
