We are seeking someone who will thrive in a fast paced and intellectually demanding environment and who enjoys finding innovative solutions to novel situations, managing and juggling competing priorities. Working flexibly, decisively and collaboratively alongside a range of colleagues in a highly complex workplace to meet and exceed customer expectations, you will have the analytical ability, coupled with the communication and interpersonal skills, to build effective relationships and ensure high quality service delivery.
You will work within a small team delivering an end-to-end HR service to a specified section of the organisation, providing generalist support to line managers on a wide range of people management issues including employee relations, workforce planning, employee engagement and wellbeing, change management, recruitment and selection.
