We are looking for a committed Learner Recruitment Executive to join our apprenticeship team. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting and enrolling candidates into our apprenticeship programmes.
Key tasks include outreach to potential learners, conducting interviews and assessments, and guiding applicants through the enrolment process.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, experience in recruitment or education, and a passion for supporting individuals in their career development. Join us to help shape the next generation of skilled professionals.
Required Skills:
Essential
• Adequate experience in a recruitment or sales role
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets within the role
• Good standard of apprenticeship knowledge
• Previous experience within a similar role with proven evidence of a target and KPI focus
• Ability to communicate using a variety of mediums to internal and external audiences.
• Demonstrable experience of building and maintaining networks
• Excellent customer service skills and a genuine interest in working with and helping individuals to secure fulfilling careers.
• A confident approach to dealing with requests and enquiries.
• Good communication and listening skills together with the ability to liaise with individuals, externals and internal stakeholders
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
• Positive, enthusiastic and can-do attitude
• Resilience to manage a difficult customer conversation
• Good attention to detail and data input accuracy
• Ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the College
• General knowledge of use of social media platforms for learner engagement
• Level 2 English and Maths
