We are seeking a well organised individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The post holder will have experience of providing operational support, including HR related support across different employment roles. The successful candidate will harness a proactive and professional approach to work, with the ability to prioritise effectively and manage a varied workload, including: recruitment, academic probation, induction, sickness absence and School operational activities.
As part of the School Operations Team, the post holder will provide guidance and support to the Dean of School, Head of Operations, Director of Academic Staffing, and the three Group Leads. Previous experience of working in an operational administration and/or HR support setting will be beneficial.
